Summer Squash and Corn Saute

¼ c. butter

1-1 1/2c. diced yellow squash

1-1 1/2c. diced zucchini

Kernels taken from 3 ears raw corn

1-2 leeks thinly sliced

2 tsp. brown sugar  

salt & pepper to taste

Saute all ingredients in butter, adding sugar, salt & pepper. Adjust to taste. Saute until just tender.
