Corn Fritters |

2 Cups Flour 3 tsp. Baking Powder 1/2 Cup Sugar 2 Eggs |
2 Tbs. Oil 1/2 Cup Milk 1 Cup Corn Kernels |

Beat eggs and milk. Sift dry ingredients and add to milk and eggs. Stir in oil and corn. If too thick, add a little more milk. Drop by teaspoonful into hot grease and fry. The fritters will turn themselves and are done when golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Delicious served with maple syrup!
